John Merrick, Q.C., Counsel
John Merrick is one of Atlantic Canada’s preeminent counsel. John also regularly serves as an arbitrator and mediator. As a fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers and Consumer Advocate in Nova Scotia, John has significant experience in commercial, construction, labour and administrative matters.
John obtained a Certificate in mediation from the Harvard Law School Program for Instruction for Lawyers in 1998.
