Our partner, Scott Sterns will be speaking on April 6 at the Human Resources Association of Nova Scotia on the topic of constructive dismissal and also on April 15 at the Halifax Public Library on Immigration issues facing newcomers.
May 2010
Our partner, John Merrick Q.C. will be give a presentation to the CAMPUT Conference 2010 as a panel member on May 2nd to 5th in Montreal.
Scott Sterns, will be a speaker at the National Immigration Conference on Provincial Nominee Programs being held on May 14, 2010.
June 2010
John Merrick, will act as moderator in a program series entitled "The Sunset Series with the Bench - Civil Advocacy Tips for Lawyers".
He will also act as a member of the faculty in the week long Intensive Trial Advocacy Programme that will be held at the Faculté de Droit of the Université de Moncton.
September 2010
