Shane practises civil litigation, employment law, and commercial law. He is a passionate advocate with experience representing individuals and organizations encountering a diverse range of legal issues.

 

Shane earned his Juris Doctor from Dalhousie University, where he focused on labour and employment law. He also received a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Contemporary Philosophy from the University of King’s College, achieving a first class distinction and multiple academic awards.

 

Prior to joining the firm, Shane worked for a large regional law firm in Sydney, Nova Scotia, where he focused on litigation and commercial law. He has also worked for the Nova Scotia Department of Labour, Dalhousie Legal Aid Service, and volunteered with several community organizations.
