A committed and persuasive advocate, Scott Sterns has specialized in labour & employment, professional regulation and immigration law since 1989 – including two years in New Zealand.

 

Known in Halifax for his proactive support of client interests, Scott has honed his skills before administrative boards, tribunals and at all levels of court. Scott believes in working toward mutual resolution. But he will readily and assertively use his depth of knowledge to defend client interests. He works hard to achieve results.

 

Scott is on the Minister of Labour's list of arbitrators and regularly sits as an arbitrator. Scott is counsel to several professional regulatory bodies.
